I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as you are without pressure, judgment, or the need to have everything figured out. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and find a sense of peace in the present moment. Life is happening now, and therapy can be a place to slow down, make meaning of your experiences, and feel more grounded along the way.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Counseling Practice and have experience working in outpatient and residential levels of care. I’ve supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and eating disorders. Through this work, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of each person’s story and the importance of meeting clients with compassion and curiosity.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and integrative, drawing from CBT, mindfulness, attachment-based, and trauma-informed practices. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, unlearn what no longer serves you, and build tools for meaningful change. I value authenticity and creating a space where you can explore who you are and what truly feels aligned for you.
We are committed to creating an individualized treatment plan to get the results and symptom relief you need.
We strive for comprehensive care, so when indicated, referrals are made for adjunctive services to complete your care such as to the in-house dietician, or nearby psychiatrist or naturopathic physician.
We embrace the opportunity to participate in your journey to greater happiness and emotional wellness.
