Adults, grief and loss, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic illness and disability, life transitions, divorce, career change and retirement.
Navigating life’s challenges can be difficult on your own. Whatever the issues may be, there’s always hope for healing. You can rely on a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental perspective with me. Together, we can identify your strengths, set goals and explore how you can achieve the best quality of life possible. I take a collaborative approach to therapy because I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, heard and respected.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree from Aurora University. My clinical approach is strength-based and person-centered. Lasting growth occurs when we work together to understand your experiences, build on your strengths and develop strategies that align with your personal values. I enjoy working with adult age clients experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic illness and disability, and life transitions such as divorce, career change, and retirement. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with interdisciplinary teams in hospice.
We are committed to creating an individualized treatment plan to get the results and symptom relief you need.
We strive for comprehensive care, so when indicated, referrals are made for adjunctive services to complete your care such as to the in-house dietician, or nearby psychiatrist or naturopathic physician.
We embrace the opportunity to participate in your journey to greater happiness and emotional wellness.
