I believe each individual has the ability to change. Each individual has the ability to rise up to overcome the challenges that life presents. Sometimes this can be very hard. Therapy is a unique and collaborative process between a client and a therapist. I value the unique perspective and strengths of my clients. It is my aim to help each individual client utilize their strengths and develop additional skills to promote growth, change and resiliency for whatever challenges lie ahead.
My clinical experience includes working with adults, adolescents, children, and families who find themselves struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, self-injury, low self-esteem, life transitions, family conflict, trauma response, and employment changes.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who earned a Master’s Degree form Benedictine University. I spent several years working with adults, adolescents, and families as part of an ER crisis management team at Linden Oaks at Edward Hospital.

We strive for comprehensive care, so when indicated, referrals are made for adjunctive services to complete your care such as to the in-house dietician, or nearby psychiatrist or naturopathic physician.
