I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Illinois with expertise in counseling adults, adolescents, and families. I earned my master’s degree in mental health counseling from Northwestern University and have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, community agencies, and a university counseling center.
My work has focused on fostering growth and autonomy in adults and adolescents in order for them to work through educational, familial, and interpersonal stressors they are experiencing. I work from a holistic and social justice framework. I incorporate techniques grounded in CBT, ACT, SFBT, attachment, somatic, trauma focused, and mindfulness based.
I am passionate about working with clients who are struggling with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, life adjustments/ transitions, feeding and eating disorders, and issues concerning multiculturalism. My hope is to provide a space built on safety in order to help clients find healing and a return to self.
