I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree from DePaul University, with experience working with adults in the Linden Oaks Outpatient setting. I work with teens, young adults and adults navigating the complexities of OCD, suicidal ideation, life transitions, identity exploration, grief and loss, and chronic illness. I recognize that everyone brings their own experiences into therapy, so I tailor my approach to meet you where you’re at. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel understood, respected, and are actively involved in the process.
My work is informed by CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care and solution-focused approaches. I tend to take a directive approach while remaining collaborative. I am passionate about helping clients develop greater self-understanding and build practical coping skills as they work towards their clinical goals.
We are committed to creating an individualized treatment plan to get the results and symptom relief you need.
We strive for comprehensive care, so when indicated, referrals are made for adjunctive services to complete your care such as to the in-house dietician, or nearby psychiatrist or naturopathic physician.
We embrace the opportunity to participate in your journey to greater happiness and emotional wellness.
