I believe that taking care of your mental health is vital. My goal is to create a safe environment where you can freely express yourself and receive support tailored to your needs. Being a human is difficult these days, and sometimes we need some extra help to navigate our lives.
My approach to therapy is integrative and based in cognitive behavioral therapy. I have also been trained in EMDR, mindfulness, and Reiki. I have experience working with people struggling with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, abuse, disordered eating, life transitions, grief, family issues, peer relationships, self-esteem, stress, and other issues. I currently provide individual therapy for teens and adults.
