I am a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker holding a Masters in Social Work from the University at Buffalo. As a dedicated therapist, I walk alongside my clients, forging a partnership to navigate the intricate journey of life. My warm and empathetic approach fosters a safe and hopeful environment, creating an individualized plan for those seeking support.
By working to fully understand the unique circumstances that bring you to therapy– I am dedicated to helping you build upon your strengths, develop and/or enhance coping strategies, and create the life you want. Overall, I draw from an integrative approach of treatment, including using strengths-based, person centered, and cognitive behavioral therapies with my clients. I utilize a personalized approach for each of my clients to assist you with achieving your individual needs/goals. I believe therapy is a collaborative endeavor and strive to offer an environment of openness, compassion, and commitment. Together let’s embark on a journey towards healing and growth.
My professional experience includes working as a counselor in an Eating Disorder Support Center and then as a therapist in NY helping individuals, parents and children, couples and families, clients of all ages. In addition, I have experience providing faith-based counseling and support. Following multiple moves, I worked in the schools for over a decade here in Naperville and more recently as a Hospice Social Worker and Grief Counselor, providing individual, family and group sessions. It is an honor to be present as a therapist and support people on their journey towards a hope filled life.

We strive for comprehensive care, so when indicated, referrals are made for adjunctive services to complete your care such as to the in-house dietician, or nearby psychiatrist or naturopathic physician.
