I consider myself to be a warm, compassionate, and accepting therapist who welcomes the opportunity to work with children, teens, and adults to help them reach their full potential. I work with a variety of individuals, especially areas in anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and emotional regulation. I also help individuals navigate life transitions, such as moving into life as a college student by utilizing cognitive-behavioral and family systems approaches.
I graduated from Lewis University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
We are committed to creating an individualized treatment plan to get the results and symptom relief you need.
We strive for comprehensive care, so when indicated, referrals are made for adjunctive services to complete your care such as to the in-house dietician, or nearby psychiatrist or naturopathic physician.
We embrace the opportunity to participate in your journey to greater happiness and emotional wellness.
